“We did not purchase an RV through Shady Pines, but we had (as I would call it) emergency repair. While traveling to Millwood Arkansas had some temps in the teens and a couple of pipes froze and broke. Shady Pines had the replacements and were gracious to put them on with no appointment needed. Within an hour we were on our way to Mississippi. Thank you Shady Pines for your help! Very friendly and courteous! “

“I opted to stop at Shady Pines RV Park for the night even though it was slightly out of my way, but have had dissappointing stays at nearby parks. I was very pleasantly surprised by the outstanding amenities made a note to stop there in the future. Little did I know my Air Conditioning would burn out that evening. Early the next morning I went next door to the Shady Pines RV Dealer to inquire about service. They, not only made me comfortable waiting, they had the AC unit replaced by mid-day. I stayed another night just to enjoy the park and friendly residents I met.”

“We recently purchased a Cedar Creek Fifth Wheel from this dealership. We had visited there earlier in the year and let them know what we were interested in and when they had one come in, they let us know all about it and sent pictures. It was perfect, so we came back and they had it all ready for us. They took care of all the details we wanted done, and the sales and service department went out of there way to ensure everything was just right and everyone was so friendly.
